Eating and drinking
Bring water and a snack; there is little near the Lavra.

Staying
Stay in the Upper Town or on the boulevards and come by metro.
Give the Lavra the morning and the garden the afternoon.
Our advice: dress for the churches: shoulders and knees covered, and a headscarf for women.
